Date and Time Details: The event begins with a welcome reception at 6:00 pm on the starting date. Rooms will be ready no later than 3 pm. Feel free to arrive any time after 12:00 pm. The event ends with lunch at 1:00 pm on the ending date. Please plan on being with us for the entire event, and let us know if you need to arrive late or leave early!
