Rates are per person, per bed, unless otherwise noted.Sharing a bed in a single-bed room? Have the second person book at the Commuter rate and leave a note in your registration saying you’d like to room together.
Tucked in a small copse of trees, the Guest House boasts picturesque views of the Duck Pond and the field east of the Lodge, where sightings of deer and other wildlife are common. Each room has rustic-inspired furniture and is decorated with love and care. The Guest House has a special amenity area located in room 9 where you can get coffee, tea, and hot and cold filtered water. Room 9 also includes a refrigerator where you can keep some personal food items.
Valley Suite Double: Located in room 20, this ~220 sq. ft. room is the double half of the Valley Suite. This half sleeps two people, with two full beds (booked by the bed) and its own entrance to the outside. The bathroom in this room is shared with room 19. Guests staying in this room will have a roommate assigned to them.

Our Guest House offers several Double rooms. These ~210 sq. ft. room types sleep two people. The room includes two full size beds, a bathroom with a shower, a chair, a nightstand, table lamps, towels, WIFI, a bureau, a half closet, and a fan for comfort. Guests staying in these semi-private rooms will have a roommate assigned to them.
The Valley Suite is located on the second floor of the Guest House, in Rooms 19 and 20. The suite consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. The two bedrooms are connected directly to each other via a door, and the bathroom for both rooms is in Room 20. Both have a more modern touch, featuring more minimalist furniture and granite countertops.
Alumni of Bear your Soul have the opportunity to arrive a day early and join their fellow alumni for dinner, a heart circle and an extra day of activities before everyone else arrives! ** This add on is for those who have attended Bear Your Soul events before. Please do not book this option if it is your first time attending a Bear Your Soul event **
