9th Annual International Gay Coaches Conference

December 4 - 5, 2021

Date and Time Details: The 9th Annual International Gay Coaches Conference will officially begin on Thursday, April 30th with a Welcome reception. Participants should arrive by 4pm. The Conference ends with closing circle on Sunday, May 3rd at around 1 pm. Please plan to be with us for this entire time and please let us know if you need to arrive late or leave early!

Important Notes:

* There is an optional Pre-conference with arrival on Wednesday, April 29th. Attendees who register for the Pre-conference should arrive by 5pm. The Pre-Conference programming begins on Thursday morning. There is a separate room, board and programming charge of $275 for the Pre-conference Institute.

* There is also an option to get on a wait list to upgrade your room from the standard quad room to a semi-private room that has two double beds and which you would share with one other person. These upgrades are sold out right now, but if one becomes available, we will notify you and give you a chance to upgrade for $100, covering your entire stay and including the extra night for the pre-conference, should you choose to add that.

You will have a chance to add these items during registration.

Pricing Notes:

- Gay Coaches Alliance is a non-profit committed to the development of the coaching profession and gay men who are seeking to practice coaching. The prices cover room, board, and programming. A comparable conference (such as the ICF) will not cover the cost of FOOD or LODGING. Many of these conferences start between $700 and $1,000 just to cover programming.

- To moderate the cost of participation, we are able to discount a fixed number of early registrations. If those early registrations have been taken, we do offer a scholarship program – through Easton Mountain – which requires some payment toward your registration cost.
