Date and Time Details: The event begins with a reception at 6:00 pm on the starting date. Rooms will be ready no later than 3 pm. Feel free to arrive any time after 12:00 pm. The event ends with lunch at 1:00 pm on the ending date. Please plan on being with us for the entire event, and let us know if you need to arrive late or leave early!

Schedule:

FRIDAY November 15th

6:00 pm – Welcome Reception – Enjoy wine and appetizers while getting to know each other with a fun ice breaking game!
7:00 pm - Dinner
8:15 pm - Opening Circle – We will go over the schedule and set our intentions for the weekend
9:30 pm - Puppy Pile a clothing-on group cuddle experience!           
10:30 pm - Wood Fired Sauna

SATURDAY November 16th

7:30 am – Yoga – Tim Cooley’s yoga is great for anyone from beginner to expert!
8:30 am – Breakfast
9:30 am – Most Outrageous Photo Ever! – Join photographer Dave Deitz on a hunt for wacky props and costumes for a fun group photo
10:45 – Magic Touch Massage Exchange - Get out of your head and into your body through a series of connected exercises focusing on touch, sound, movement and spirit. (Nudity is welcomed but not required.)
1:00 pm – Lunch
2:30 pm – Field Trip to Saratoga Apple Farms –
Join us at a local favorite to enjoy the beauty of the fall and get fresh apples & cider doughnuts
7:00 pm - Dinner
8:15 pm – Sing Along, Stories and S’mores – We will share some local stories and favorite songs as we make S’mores by the fire!
10:00 pm – Harvest Dance Party DJs Dancing Moon Bear and Purple Turtle will transform our Temple into a hot nightclub!            
10:00 pm - Wood Fired Sauna

SUNDAY November 17th

7:30 am – Yoga – Tim Cooley’s yoga is great for anyone from beginner to expert!
8:30 am – Breakfast
9:30 am – Harvesting the Best, Releasing the Rest – We will focus on what we want to harvest in our lives and what we want to let go of, just as the trees shed their leaves.
11:30 am – Closing Circle a time to share from our hearts as we say farewell.
1:00 pm – Lunch
