Soulful Touch and Heart-Centered Movement

In this time of social distancing, we are sitting in front of our computers way too much and not getting the nurturing touch and movement that we need. We will explore connection through movement and touch through a variety of practices that support embodiment, opening the heart, and awakening our bodies and souls. If you have one, bring a light airy scarf as a movement prop. Ron and Arnie have been collaborating since 2017
