Meditative Journey into Your Erotic

Experience your erotic body as the sacred power that it is. Learn to channel and use your sexual energy for your own healing and expansion. This is a guided nude meditation that will allow you to dive deeper into your body. Throughout the meditation, you will focus on different parts of your body and periodically bring in your erotic energy to help you uplevel.  Essential oils and vibrational healing tools will be used with your consent to help you find and shift what isn’t serving you. Held within a safe, loving, and accepting container, this event requires nudity for participants to fully engage. The facilitator will utilize their hands for application of essential oils, tuning forks, breathing technique guidance, and healing touch. The focus of this event is you and the discovery of your erotic self.

What Can I Do for Your Pleasure?

Too often we are left guessing as to how we can pleasure those around us. We also often leave them guessing as to what we truly desire. When these desires are spoken, asked for, and honored, we can find ourselves living in a more authentic and joyful way. However, when unspoken, it can create a myriad of negative emotions that affect our lives and those around us.  In this workshop, we will pair up and learn to verbally ask for what we desire. We will explore how to give and receive within the boundaries of what we desire. We will also dive deeper into what it means to give of ourselves for the pleasure of others and how we can take that offering.
