Kevin Wilson
** PRESENTING: RE-CENTERING THE MIND/BODY CONNECTION **
This session is about learning how to bring awareness and ground your body in breathing and mindfulness. To learn how to take a moment to breathe, assess, and honor your true emotions. The work is meant to unwind the body, get the blood flowing in the pelvic floor, excite dormant energies, and create a mindfulness of other humans in the moment. Techniques involve supported breathing, comforting partnering touch and vibration awareness, partnered massage, and various other modalities for connection with your partner and your honoring yourself. Participants should have a yoga mat or blanket. Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in. Underwear, gym shorts, it’s up to you.
