I´m MANU.  Some of you already know me from the 2015 and 2016 Freedom Camps, and from my Mindfulness for Gay men Weekend in November 2015. I come from Barcelona, Spain, but living now at the other end of the world, in the island of Bali, also known as the island of Gods. Besides being a Dermatologist, I am a Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Instructor, and creator of MindfulGay. After three years of absence, I´m excited to be again part of the Easton Mountain family. I am really looking forward to sharing with you in a fun and playful way, some of the secrets of Mindfulness, or the art of living in the moment. You are invited  to come over to my workshops to experience, to experiment, to  play, to have fun, to be present, in awareness , and connected to the moment, to ourselves and to the other men sharing the space with us. Sending you much love from the ricefields of Ubud!
